The project is conceived as the heart of the neighborhood. It is designed as a lively meeting place and as a link of the Grunderzeit office buildings in the 1^st district and the small scale residential development in the 8^th district.

Like a marketplace, it is the center of this newly defined neighborhood spreading out behind the town hall. It is a space to work, shop and communicate. In terms of urban planning, this exposed object is optimally integrated into the urban fabric by merging it with the existing structures.
