For a cooperative location from a famous Transport company, a recommended plan was constructed for a new building. Due to the building’s flexibility the company could easily enlarge the structure if needed. The new building annexes in a right corner, above another annexed area in the middle of the main building. Adding to that, the part where old and new collides with each other is used in order to create a recessed joint. By doing so the main building will become the central point of networking and communication. On all floors, easy to reach social rooms and small kitchens were planned for breaks, which can also eventually be used for informal conference rooms. On the west side of the building, balconies were constructed. The inner courtyard becomes the heart of the new building, due to its well vegetation. It is becomes one of the appreciated parts in the building, due to the fact that it creates a uniquely calm and natural view and represents the building like no other.
