This low-energy residential building project with ten privately financed condominiums and an office space and shop was realized as a direct commission from a private client.
In addition to the top location close to Wienerberg and convenient public transportation connections, the object is distinguished mainly through its optimally laid-out floor plans and the high-quality configuration of the apartments, which have strong references to open space.
On the ground level, there is an office area and shop space. Floor to ceiling windows let in abundant daylight and the steady flow of pedestrians moving between the office complex at Wienerberg and the nearby train station offers great customer potential.
All of the apartments have perforated ground plans allowing daylight from two sides and cross ventilation. Each apartment has at least one, private outdoor space in the form of a garden, loggia, or rooftop terrace.
